USEFP regrets to announce the passing of Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship alumna Ms. Lubna Mohyuddin who worked tirelessly and extensively in the field of education in Pakistan. Among her many achievements was the Humphrey fellowship which she received in 2010 to pursue professional development courses at Vanderbilt University.
