An alumni meeting was held at USEFP’s Islamabad office on September 22. The main objective was to plan the 17th Annual Fulbright Alumni Conference. After some productive conversations, the alumni in attendance decided that the conference will be held in the capital from January 12 to 14, 2024, and the theme will be climate change.
“The annual conference is a great way for Fulbright alumni to network, strengthen their ties, and discuss pertinent issues in Pakistan,” said Fulbrighter Saad Hayat Tamman, one of the participants. “Climate change is something that needs our urgent attention and I’m excited to be a part of related discussions in January.”
