Hundreds of Prospective Students Flock to Visa Sessions

This quarter, as university acceptances rolled in and prospective students began their visa applications, EducationUSA organized a series of information sessions focused on the F-1 student visa. These seminars, arranged in collaboration with the United States embassy and consulates, demystified the entire process and provided clear and comprehensive information to eager applicants.

With an effective mix of in-person and online programming, EducationUSA was able to cater to the immense demand across the country (with a few even scheduled for the upcoming months). Each session, led by a consular officer, was engaging and drew an impressive number of participants.

“The consular officer’s advice on common mistakes was incredibly helpful. I feel better prepared and less anxious about the whole process,” said a prospective undergraduate student in Lahore. “The presentation covered everything, from documentation to interview tips. There is no doubt that it’s a daunting process but thankfully it seems more manageable now.”

Each session included a Q&A segment at the end and members of EducationUSA’s advising team remained on hand to answer any peripheral queries.
