This quarter, EducationUSA reached nearly 400 students across 13 schools in South Punjab, bringing free and accurate advising directly to classrooms in Rahim Yar Khan, Bahawalpur, and Multan.
The outreach, held from November 24 to 27, 2025, was led by EducationUSA Senior Adviser and Assistant Manager Aman Bashir, as part of ongoing efforts to expand access to U.S. study information beyond major urban centers.
Finding talent everywhere
Across school visits in all three cities, students engaged in in-depth discussions on admissions requirements, scholarships, and application planning.
In Multan, where the largest share of visits took place, conversations expanded to include choosing majors, preparing competitive applications, understanding standardized testing, and planning financially for studying in the United States.
“Students in South Punjab are highly motivated, but many have limited access to reliable guidance on U.S. higher education,” said Bashir. “When advising comes directly to their schools, it changes the conversation. Students begin to see global opportunities as something they can realistically prepare for, rather than something out of reach.”
As EducationUSA continues its nationwide outreach, initiatives like this one reaffirm its commitment to widening access, supporting student aspirations, and connecting Pakistani students with educational opportunities that align with their goals and potential.
