USEFP regrets to announce the passing of Harriet Mayor Fulbright, the first Executive Director of the Fulbright Association and Senator J. William Fulbright’s widow. Other than the Senator, Harriet was the Fulbright Program’s greatest ambassador and advocate. Her demise marks the end of an era and the loss of a remarkable leader in our community.
