This August, Global UGRAD alumna Syeda Muhadsa Naqvi was honored with the prestigious Pride of Pakistan Award, conferred by the Government of Pakistan for her outstanding work in youth development, gender equality, and community leadership.

As a part of the 2022 Global UGRAD cohort, she spent a semester at Lewis-Clark State College in Idaho. Since returning home, Naqvi has continued to drive change. In 2023, the prime minister of AJK awarded her a gold medal for her volunteer work with the youth, and in 2024, she was recognized among Pakistan’s top 100 young influencers.
